Terms
Terms of Use
These terms are written to support the current SayDay product design and App Store review expectations, including age handling, optional voice analysis consent, guest ads, and the non-medical nature of voice weather.
Last updated: 2 November 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By using sayday.games or the SayDay app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or app.
SayDay is published by PulseScore. Additional app store terms may also apply when you download the app through Apple.
What SayDay is
SayDay is a calm daily spoken word puzzle for iPhone. The website provides product, support, and policy information. The website itself is static and does not provide gameplay accounts or puzzle solving.
We may update, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.
Eligibility and age rules
Children under 13 are not permitted to use the app. People aged 13 to 17 may use the guest experience where available, but membership and optional voice weather are for adults aged 18 and over only.
You agree to provide accurate age information where requested. We may suspend or remove access if age rules are not met.
Accounts and membership
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in method and for activity that occurs through your account, subject to applicable law.
Member benefits, hints, streak features, rewards, and any future subscription terms may be described in the app or App Store listing. Separate consent is still required for optional voice analysis.
Speech, warm-ups, and consent
Spoken guesses are intended to be recognised on-device and are not part of the optional upload flow. The only audio that may be uploaded is the daily warm-up, and only for adult members who separately opt in to voice analysis.
You may withdraw voice analysis consent at any time for future processing. Withdrawing consent does not require deleting your account or stopping gameplay.
Ads and guest experience
Guests may see ads or optional rewarded placements. Members do not see ads. Ad availability, frequency, and reward mechanics may change over time.
You agree not to misuse ad or reward systems, including by attempting to automate, manipulate, or fraudulently obtain rewards.
Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of it where prohibited by law, abuse support channels, or use the service in a way that harms other users or PulseScore.
We may investigate misuse and take reasonable action, including limiting access, removing content, or closing accounts.
Non-medical disclaimer
Voice weather and related messaging are provided for general informational and reflective purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or monitoring.
Always seek qualified professional advice for medical concerns. Do not rely on SayDay for emergencies or health decisions.
Intellectual property
The SayDay name, branding, website design, app design, text, graphics, and other content are owned by PulseScore or its licensors, except where third-party rights are identified.
You may use the service for personal, non-commercial use only unless we give written permission otherwise.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using SayDay at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting privacy@sayday.games, as explained at sayday.games/account-deletion, until a dedicated deletion flow is published.
We may suspend or terminate access if needed for security, legal compliance, misuse prevention, or product changes.
Liability and changes
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SayDay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PulseScore does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
