Delete your account

How to request deletion

Email privacy@sayday.games with the subject "Delete my SayDay account". Send it from the email address linked to your account if you can, and tell us how you sign in to SayDay. We may ask for more details to confirm the account is yours. Please do not send your password.

If an in-app deletion option is added, we will explain how to use it on this page.

What we delete

We delete your account identifiers, sign-in details held by SayDay, gameplay progress, streaks, rewards, and consent choices. If you opted in to voice weather, we also delete your uploaded warm-up audio and voice weather results.

Deletion cannot be undone. If you come back later, you will start again with a new account.

What we may keep

We may keep limited records where we need them for security, preventing abuse, resolving disputes, or meeting legal obligations, including a record of your deletion request and related support messages. We keep these only for as long as needed.

How long it takes

We will confirm when we have your request and aim to complete deletion within one month. If we need longer, or cannot confirm the account is yours, we will tell you why.

Subscriptions and App Store purchases

Deleting your SayDay account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple. Cancel it first in the iPhone Settings app so you are not charged again.

Playing as a guest

Guests do not have an account to delete. Deleting the app from your iPhone removes SayDay progress stored on your device. For any other privacy question, email privacy@sayday.games.

If you only want to stop voice analysis

You do not need to delete your account to stop voice analysis. You can withdraw consent at any time and keep playing, and future warm-ups will not be uploaded for analysis. If you would also like earlier warm-ups deleted, email privacy@sayday.games.
